These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://4wdcraft.com and purchases made through the store. “4wdcraft,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business identified below. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the site only if you can form a legally binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are not old enough to make an online purchase independently, use the site only with a parent or legal guardian. You must use the store lawfully and may not use it to violate another person’s rights, evade security controls, or submit deceptive information.
3. Product Information
We work to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability accurately. Display colors and dimensions can vary by device or production batch. Availability may change before order acceptance. If a material error or unavailability affects an order, we may contact you to correct the information, offer an alternative, or cancel the affected order and refund any captured payment.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Currency
Prices are presented in U.S. dollars . Applicable taxes and checkout charges are shown before an order is submitted. Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States under the current Shipping Policy.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and 4wdcraft confirms or processes the order. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order because of payment failure, inaccurate information, unavailability, material listing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate operational reason. If a captured payment is cancelled, the applicable refund is processed to the original payment method.
6. Accounts and Customer Information
If you create an account, keep login information confidential and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorized use resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control and was promptly reported.
7. Payment
4wdcraft may accept Shop Pay; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB and UnionPay; and Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. The Payment Policy explains payment authorization, billing, security, pricing, cancellations, and refund processing.
8. Cancellation Requests
Contact support@4wdcraft.com within 24 hours after placing an order to request cancellation. A cancellation may be accepted within 48 hours only if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once processing or dispatch begins, cancellation is not guaranteed and an eligible item may instead be handled under the Refund & Return Policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only and do not offer international delivery. Orders generally receive 1 business day of handling, followed by 2-4 business days of carrier transit, for an estimated total delivery period of 3-5 business days. USPS, UPS, or FedEx may be used. Tracking is generally supplied within 24 hours after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, inaccurate address details, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
10. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The Refund & Return Policy controls return condition, authorization, shipping costs, damaged or incorrect goods, lost packages, exchanges, cancellations, and approved-refund timing.
11. Customer Submissions
If you send a review, photograph, suggestion, question, or other material, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is lawful and not misleading. You grant 4wdcraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and adapt the submission for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable law. We may remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The site may use third parties for payments, hosting, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, and delivery. These providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Links to external sites are offered for convenience; 4wdcraft does not control or guarantee external content, availability, or privacy practices.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the site is handled under the Privacy Policy. That policy explains data collection, use, cookies, service providers, retention, and applicable privacy rights.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website for unlawful activity; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; interfere with store operation; upload malicious code; scrape information without authorization; collect another person’s data improperly; attempt unauthorized access; infringe intellectual-property rights; abuse staff or other users; or use the store to defraud others.

The site’s text, design, branding, graphics, photographs, arrangement, and other content belong to 4wdcraft or the relevant rights holder. You may view the site for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

19. Severability and Waiver
