Payment Policy
4wdcraft provides several payment choices through its checkout. This policy explains supported methods, currency, authorization, billing details, payment security, pricing, and refund handling.

The payment options displayed for a particular transaction can vary according to device, browser, location, card issuer, wallet eligibility, and payment-provider rules. All prices and charges are processed in U.S. dollars unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
2. Payment Authorization
When an order is submitted, the selected provider may authorize the order total. An order proceeds to fulfillment after payment has been successfully authorized and the order is accepted by 4wdcraft. If authorization fails, the order may not be completed; the customer may need to verify billing information or choose another displayed method.
A temporary authorization hold may appear while the payment provider verifies the transaction. The timing of a hold’s release is controlled by the provider or card issuer.
3. Billing Information
Provide accurate billing details and ensure they correspond with the records held by the card issuer or wallet provider. Incorrect information may cause a transaction to be declined, delayed for review, or cancelled.
4wdcraft will not request full card numbers, security codes, wallet passwords, or account credentials by email. Do not send sensitive payment information in a support message.
4. Checkout Security
Payment information is handled through the secure payment services made available at checkout. 4wdcraft does not intentionally retain complete payment-card credentials in ordinary customer-support records. Customers should use the website checkout and protect their own account credentials.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable sales tax or other checkout charges are shown in the order total before payment is confirmed. Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States under the current Shipping Policy.
If a material product, price, or availability error affects an order, 4wdcraft may contact the customer to correct the information, offer an alternative, or cancel the affected order and refund any captured payment.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Contact support@4wdcraft.com within 24 hours of placing an order to request cancellation. A cancellation may be accepted within 48 hours only if the order has not been processed or shipped.
When a cancellation or return is approved, any applicable refund is processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after approval. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the credit.
